摘要: Abstract Giant Unilamellar Vesicles (GUV) are the most commonly used biomimetic membrane model. Their production in physiological conditions through well-known electroformation process is complex and other gel-assisted hydration procedures have recently emerged to circumvent some limitations of process. In this work, physical properties Polymer (Polymersomes) lipid vesicles (Liposomes) obtained from procedure electroformation, been evaluated thoroughly by different techniques: micropipettes aspiration (MPA), Fluorescence Recovery After Photo Bleaching (FRAP) Laurdan Generalized Polarization (GP). The study was performed on GUVs made either phospholipids (POPC DPPC) or amphiphilic copolymers based Poly(dimethylsiloxane) poly(ethyleneoxide). A significant deviation stretching modulus, lateral diffusion coefficient packing observed for formed PVA method compared classical We were able show that due presence chains suspending medium. Globally our findings reveal particular attention has be paid gel assisted as present altered mechanical behaviour.
