摘要: When sequencing is used for the analysis of composition nucleic acid mixtures with a large dynamic range concentrations individual components, reliability results significantly differs abundant and rare components. The present invention relates to methods components by sequencing, wherein relative abundances at least two which should be measured changed before in reproducible way using locus-specific oligonucleotides.
