摘要: Introduction: Pilonidal sinus disease (PSD) typically affects the sacrococcygeal region. Other pathology rarely natal cleft. Methods: Case report. Results: 40 year old male attended Surgical Outpatients with a 2 cm lump in cleft. Magnetic Resonance Imaging suggested PSD. The cleft was excised and closed off midline modified Limberg flap. histological diagnosis myxoma. Conclusion: We present quite uncommon case of dorsosacral myxoma, mimicking pilonidal sinus.
