摘要: The invention relates to a method and test kit for quantitatively analysing vitamin D metabolites in blood, defined amount of blood being immobilised on solid sorption material prior analysis. As result, haemolysis the has no impact analysis metabolites. For quantitative analysis, dried spot is solubilized using detergent-containing aqueous solvent buffer, pH 7.0 10.0, are eluted with protic-organic solution that permittivity less than 35. eluate analysed standard way.
