摘要: High-resolution three-dimensional imaging of a specimen is facilitated. According to an example embodiment the present invention, series very thin slices from are serially and robustly arranged on device such as microscope slide. The imaged images used reconstruct image having high resolution at depths into specimen. serial arrangement facilitates proper ordering for reconstruction. Further, robust nature slice treatment and, in some applications, multiple treatments with corresponding sequences each treatment. Various embodiments directed methods arrangements characterization biological data that accessible and/or executable by computer linking different together order characterize three dimensions.
