摘要: The present invention includes a food oil composition comprising blend of first an LC PUFA and second substantially no PUFA. can preferably comprise omega-3 PUFA, omega-6 or mixtures thereof. also provides methods preparation, more particularly, for skillet-frying, deep-frying, preparing edible lipid-containing sauces, extruded products, enhancing the content product, particularly previously cooked products prepared in accordance with such methods. Such compositions are useful, example, increasing intake PUFAs.
