摘要: A process for the heterotrophic or predominantly production of whole-celled extracted microbial products with a high concentration omega-3 highly unsaturated fatty acids, producible in an aerobic culture under controlled conditions using biologically pure cultures single-celled fungi microorganisms order Thraustochytriales. The harvested whole-cell product can be added to processed foods as nutritional supplement, fish and animal feeds enhance acid content produced from these animals. lipids containing acids also used nutritional, pharmaceutical industrial applications.
