摘要: As a fast, high-performance and cost-effective separation technique, capillary electrophoresis (CE) is applicable to the screening diagnosis of diseases such as thalassemia. However, it often not preferred due its unrepeatable and/or irreproducible migration times. Herein, we propose stable version CE that uses charge density instead time plot electropherogram. The peak position now independent applied voltage or current geometry also insensitive temperature. Its applicability was demonstrated in quantitative analysis human hemoglobin. On laboratory-built device, with running buffer simply consisting 3.0 M acetic acid 0.1% (w/v) hydroxyethyl cellulose, allows direct injection whole blood samples all concerned globin chains, α, β, Aγ Gγ can be well separated 15 minutes. resolution α/β, β/Aγ, Aγ/Gγ reached 4.4, 3.1 5.3, respectively. intra- inter-day precisions for based on densities were below 0.6%. diagnostic validated several real from newborns, children adults, capacity screen define type
