摘要: Triamcinolone acetonide has been effectively used in the treatment of oral ulcers. This report discusses cytological findings two cases non-specific ulcerated lesions which there were changes to epithelial cells from application topical triamcinolone for more than 1 month with no favorable outcome. However, outcome was successful when patients told discontinue using paste. It is purpose this document presence associated side reactions following usage paste, emphasizing that should be administered only after it determined cytologically lesion free Candida or fungal infection and atypical cells.
