摘要: Helicobacter pylori is an important factor of chronic gastritis, digestive ulcer, and stomach cancer. CagL, a virulence H. pylori, well-known as pilus protein which acts adhesion to host cell component Type 4 secretion system. In this study, we evaluated the protective response recombinant CagL (rCagL) using Mongolian gerbil animal model for infection. The cagL gene was cloned from 26695 followed by over-expression purification in E. coli. gerbils were immunized with rCagL mixed aluminum adjuvant via intramuscular injections once week during weeks. At after last immunization, administrated 7.13 strain into sacrificed measure antibody titer on ELISA bacterial colonization stomach, examine histopathological changes cytokine expression at 6 challenge. Antibody titers significantly increased first immunization. There no significant change number colony between control group group. relative weight decreased group, but assessment not observed stomach. Cytokine such IL- KC also different groups. These results indicate that could effectively induce formation specific IgG antibodies. However, lesions be inhibited immunization indicating enough protection against We consider along other adequate antigens needed stimulating immune inducing effects gastric disease, better considered.
