摘要: The pathology of a gastric ulcer is complex and multifactorial. Gastric ulcers affect many people around the world its development result imbalance between aggressive protective factors in mucosa. In this study, we evaluated ethanolic extract Rosmarinus officinalis L. (eeRo); plant, more commonly known as rosemary, has attracted interest scientific community due to numerous pharmacological properties their potential therapeutic applications. Here, tested preventive effects eeRo against induced by 70% ethanol male Wistar rats. addition, aimed clarify mechanism involved action ulcers. Based on analysis markers oxidative damage enzymatic antioxidant defense systems, measurement nitrite nitrate levels assessment inflammatory response, exhibited significant antioxidant, vasodilator antiinflammatory properties.
