摘要: A protein-based molecularly imprinted monolithic column was synthesized based on ionic liquids (ILs) and deep eutectic solvents (DESs) in a stainless steel (50 mm × 4.6 id). An IL (1-allyl-3-butylimidazolium Br) acrylamide were used as dual monomers. Another type of (1,2-bis [N,N′-vinylimidazolium] ethane bis N,N′-methylenebisacrylamide cross-linking agents, the DES (choline chloride : ethylene glycol 1 : 2) porogen preparation polymer. Bovine serum albumin (BSA) lysozyme (Lyz), which differ greatly molecular size, isoelectric point, charge, selected for imprinting templates to evaluate recognition property green solvent-based MIP column. Some important factors, such template–monomer molar ratio, total monomer concentration, density, investigated systematically. Under optimal conditions, obtained showed higher binding affinity than its corresponding non-imprinted (NIP)
