摘要: Background and Objective Numerous reports suggest that low-power laser irradiation (LPLI) is capable of affecting cellular processes in the absence significant thermal effect. The objective present study was to determine effect LPLI on secretion vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) proliferation human cells (EC) vitro. Study Design/Materials Methods Cell cultures were irradiated with single different doses (Laser irradiance from 0.10 6.3 J/cm2) by using a He:Ne continuous wave (632 nm). VEGF smooth muscle (SMC) fibroblasts quantified sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique. cell measured Alamar Blue assay. transforming beta (TGF-β) expression cardiomyocytes studied reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). Results We observed (1) cardiac results statistically increase culture (1.6-fold for SMC 7-fold cardiomyocytes) dose dependent (maximal 0.5 J/cm2 SMC, 2.1 1.05 cardiomyocytes). (2) Significant stimulation obtained LPLI-treated conditioned medium fibroblasts. Conclusions Our studies demonstrate increases production fibroblasts, myocytes stimulates EC culture. These data may have importance leading establishment new methods endoluminal postangioplasty repair myocardial photoangiogenesis. Lasers Surg. Med. 28:355–364, 2001. © 2001 Wiley-Liss, Inc.
