摘要: In this study, nonlinear Logit and probit models are used to analyse the important factors that impact on tendency of small- medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) use electronic commerce in one industrial parks Kermanshah province Iran. Furthermore, it identifies major barriers e-commerce adoption these SMEs. The Sample study includes 35 SMEs province. results suggest a lower level internet service costs, motivates firms adopt e-commerce. addition, if government provides free facilities for SMEs, can encourage show due uncertainty e-commerce, producing high-quality products traditional exports cannot raise sample
