摘要: The primary purpose of the present study is to obtain evidence as destination recently discovered unmyelinated afferent fibers in mammalian dorsal funiculus. To do this rat roots were transected unilaterally from segments T8 or T9 caudally, and numbers axons determined C3 fasciculus gracilis normal animals both sides rhizotomied animals. In addition, counts done that had complete T6 T10 spinal transections. data indicate there an 80% loss ipsilaterally a 60% contralaterally These findings are interpreted indicating significant fraction ascend, presumably nucleus brain stem, also number these branch. We provide for contralateral myelinated fiber projection show seem be more diverse population than gracilis.
