摘要: Aging poses a high risk of lean mass loss, which can be effectively improved through resistance exercise training (RET), or multicomponent (MET) as well nutrition supplementation, such protein supplementation (PS). This study investigated the effects PS plus on frail older individuals. A comprehensive search online databases was performed to identify randomized controlled trials (RCTs) that reported efficacy combined with RET MET in The included RCTs were analyzed meta-analysis and risk-of-bias assessment. We finally 22 meta-analysis, mean (range/total) Physiotherapy Evidence Database score 6.7 (4–9/10). significantly frailty status (odds ratio = 2.77; p 0.006), (standard difference (SMD) 0.52; < 0.00001), leg strength (SMD 0.37; walking speed 0.32; 0.002).
