摘要: PURPOSE. To investigate the relationship between neuroretinal rim (NRR) differential light absorption (DLA, a measure of spectral properties) and visual field (VF) sensitivity in primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG). METHODS. Patients diagnosed with (n 22) or suspected having 7) POAG were imaged multispectral system incorporating modified digital fundus camera, 250-W tungsten-halogen lamp, fast-tuneable liquid crystal filter. Five images captured sequentially within 1.0 second at wavelengths selected according to properties hemoglobin (range, 570‐610 nm), Beer-Lambert law model was used produce DLA maps residual NRR from images. also underwent VF testing. Differences vertically opposing 180° 45° sectors either side horizontal midline compared corresponding differences on both decibel linear scales by Spearman’s rank correlation. RESULTS. The scale showed significant relationships superior‐inferior difference areas (Spearman 0.68; P 0.0001), superior-/ inferior-temporal ( 0.57; 0.002), superior-/inferior-nasal 0.59; 0.001). Using found for 0.62; 0.0002) superior‐inferior‐nasal 0.53; 0.002). No correlations using scales.
