摘要: Purpose The confounding factors of retinal transmission function are unclear. This study aimed to investigate by evaluating the morphologic features retina and choroid in different section layers using multispectral imaging (MSI) healthy eyes. Methods Multispectral was performed on 122 In each subject, 11 images at 550 850 nm were collected. exposed region choroidal vessels divided into three regions evaluated four grades. relationships between axial length (AL)/age/sex exposure grade analyzed. Results subjects 20- 77-years old with AL ranging from 22.23 31.41 mm. 56% initially 590-nm wavelength imaging. positively correlated (P 0.05). Conclusions investigated as an indicator MSI provides reference grades based AL/age groups subjects.
