摘要: Background and Objective Central serous chorioretinopathy (CSCR) is a common idiopathic retinal disorder that affects young to middle aged adults. The aim of this study was describe the characteristics eyes with CSCR using light-emitting diode (LED)-based multispectral imaging (MSI) system evaluate diagnostic reliability MSI compared fluorescein angiography (FA) in detecting CSCR. Materials Methods A total 56 among 52 patients 1 or more pigment epithelium (RPE) abnormality were retrospectively enrolled study. underwent complete examination, including optical coherence tomography, FA, indocyanine-green angiography, MSI. images reviewed by experienced masked graders. Diagnoses made based on alone those FA. Sensitivity specificity calculated, morphological features summarized. Results Among patients, detected 22 26 true-positive cases but missed 4 FA-confirmed lesions. Further, it correctly excluded 30 non-CSCR sensitivity 84.6 100%, respectively, for identifying CSCR. Using MSI, RPE leakage observed 25 (96.2%) CSCR, which comparable performance Dome-shaped areas signal, corresponded fluid accumulation associated neurosensory detachment 23 (88.5%) eyes. Conclusions As non-invasive technique, permitted visualization allowed good detection selected clinical population. Lasers Surg. Med. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
