摘要: Abstract Hourly mean winds from a partial reflection radiowave system were obtained September 1978 to October 1979 at Saskatoon, Canada (52°N, 107°W). Comparisons of noon values with ROCOB heights 60–65 km, show satisfactory agreement. The daily winds, 60–110km, are used form monthly profiles, and these compared CIRA 1972. Significant differences found ascribed solar cycle effect.
