摘要: En ocasiones, se ha considerado que el desayuno es la comida mas importante del dia, aunque paradojicamente omite con frecuencia. Existe un interes creciente en comunidad cientifica senalar papel desempena control peso y apetito, calidad global de dieta prevencion enfermedades cronicas adulto. El consumo regular asociado a mejores rendimientos academicos habilidades sociales. Ademas, considera buen marcador estilo vida saludable y, por tanto, puede influir positivamente obesidad infantojuvenil. este articulo revisaremos los datos cientificos relevantes propondran algunas sugerencias encaminadas mejorar esta practica entre nuestros jovenes.
