摘要: We present the study of 21 continuous GPS (cGPS) stations in Mexico during time interval that goes from 1 October 2013 to 31 December 2014. The area under investigation produced a slow slip event (SSE) started February 2014 and lasted at least until Superimposed on this transient signal, M_w 7.3 Papanoa earthquake struck region 18 April affected multiple stations. Thanks an independent component analysis (ICA) technique we are able separate postseismic deformation associated with related ongoing SSE. infer distributions three tectonically processes: coseismic inferred distribution reduces amount SSE updip portion slab. moment released by processes (afterslip aftershocks) is estimated be [8.06 ± 0.24] × 10^(19) Nm, equivalent [71 4]% main shock. More than 88% aseismically afterslip spatially correlates Guerrero seismic gap, suggesting controlled stable sliding behavior rate-strengthening frictional properties.
