摘要: A pseudo-cinematic magnetic resonance imaging study of the temporomandibular joint (TMJ) was undertaken with aim reconciling image quality shortest possible examination time. Two receivers were compared, a surface coil and circularly polarized head coil, latter found to be superior. Using gradient echo sequence, repetition time flip angle optimized by visual assessment images measuring contrast-to-noise ratio. mechanical device used control opening closing. The technique has been on series 75 subjects, 60 whom had TMJ dysfunction. Total acquisition 7 min. results confirmed that it is obtain suitable for clinical diagnosis optimizing choice receiver capture parameters.
