摘要: A case of sarcoidosis recurrent in a patient's second liver allograft is described. There was no granulomatous disease seen the first allograft. After orthotopic transplantation (OLT), patient successfully treated for acute rejection, aspergillus infection, and cytomegalovirus viremia. Approximately 2 months after OLT, with long-term interferon-alpha hepatitis C. Five years operation, he experienced failure secondary to underwent third OLT. This only reported parenchyma transplanted organ which might have played role.
