摘要: Cholestasis frequently results from systemic disorders in which the hepatic involvement is secondary or indirect. The objective of this chapter to review major conditions that are associated with cholestasis terms epidemiology, pathophysiology, presentations, and possible treatment. Conditions will be discussed likely anatomic level e.g. at canaliculus, intralobular ductules, large intrahepatic bile ducts, emphasizing highlighting common aspects pathophysiology several these processes.
