摘要: Sarcoidosis is a chronic granulomatous multisystemic disorder of unknown aetiology. Although interferon gamma has been implicated in the pathogenesis sarcoidosis, only few cases sarcoidosis associated with alpha therapy have reported. She admitted non-productive cough, dyspnoea fever 11 months initiation therapy. Chest x-ray thorax computed tomography revealed bilateral hilar masses nodular infiltrations lung parenchyma. Pulmonary function test showed mild restriction. Biopsy mediastinal lymphadenopathy noncaseating granuloma. diagnosed pulmonary at stage II, discontinued. Her symptoms regressed inhaler steroid treatment. Six diagnosis patient asymptomatic complete sustained response achieved. During three years follow-up, both recurred. suggest that may develop patients during and/or treatment, diagnostic tests for this adverse effect should be performed follow-ups.
