摘要: Space technologies have been widely used over the last 10 years for water surface monitoring worldwide and they shown their capability to monitor components of cycle balance at regional scales on time ranging from months decades. We present here applications space data radar altimetry satellite imagery (Terra/MODIS) Aral Sea Basin (ASB). Radar altimetry, which has designed study ocean, opened a new era in lakes, rivers reservoirs. The recent missions (Topex-Poseidon, Jason-1/2, Envisat, ERS-1 ERS-2) made it possible measure with great precision inland sea level variations that can be determine mass balances. coupled complementary situ data, allowed quantifying precisely since 1992 as well balances large reservoir systems along Syr Darya, particular Chardarya Toktogul, Lake Aydarkul. This approach also ascertain lakes wetlands deltas Darya Amu Darya.
