摘要: Background: Control of the medium osmolarity and temperature during long or short time sperm manipulation is essential. Objective: The objectives present study were to find effects different osmolarities modified Tyrode's solution milk on bull incubation at above zero temperatures. Materials Methods: Semen samples collected twice from five Najdi bull. Centrifuged most parts seminal plasma removed. First experiment: concentrated semen splited into nine aliquots incubate in three (200, 300 400 mOsm) temperatures (5, 25 39°C) for 15 60 min incubation. Second splited, mixed with same volume whole cow (5 25°C) 7% glycerol (5°C) incubated min. Results: Sperm motility severely affected (p 0.05) by increasing 1 h Milk can protect viability cool conditions there no beneficial effect combination (p<0.05). Conclusion: Iso- hyper-osmotic solutions 39°C, while be used protecting 5°C.
