摘要: Abstract Cryopreservation requires exposure of sperm to extreme variations in temperature and osmolality. The goal this experiment was determine the osmotic tolerance levels equine by analyzing motility, viability, mitochondrial membrane potential (MMP), mean cell volume (MCV). Spermatozoa were incubated at 22 °C for 10 min isosmolal TALP (300 mOsm/kg), or a range anisosmolal solutions (75–900 mOsm/kg), initial analysis, then returned conditions further analysis.
