摘要: In this chapter the optical characteristics of clouds will be considered. These useful in subsequent chapters when calculating albedo, transmission, and absorption. The interest to us here are coefficients scattering σ, absorption α, attenuation*) e = σ + also (phase) function γ(φ), where φ is angle. With respect an individual spherical particle, all these quantities calculated by solving Maxwell’s equations using method formulas Mie [2, 9].
