摘要: Educational research today operates within the context of existing educational institutions, rarely breaking through conceptual and practical barriers to systemic change. But new needs, resources technology demand change in organization policy. In order provide adequate services we need a breed researcher, comparable early operational group, who will contribute multi‐disciplinary skills analysis management education as whole. From this perspective they may formulate metasystemic model containing hierarchy subsystems arranged according where occurs. An Development Directorate, by providing continuous such model, feed back all planners probable effects their decisions them with alternatives. Such an information system should lead optimization genuine alternatives education.
