摘要: Photosynthesis is the most important chemical reaction in world. The measurement of plant photosynthesis rate plays an role agriculture. Light-induced delayed fluorescence (DF) plants intrinsic label efficiency charge separation at P680 photosystem II (PS II). In this paper, we have developed a biosensor that can accurately measure ability by means DF. Compared with common methods for measuring based on consumption CO2, proposed technique quantify less influence environment. all-weather instrument, it has its own illumination power and utilizes DF as marker. current investigation revealed that, there good correspondence between results measured commercially available portable system under controlled conditions. We thus conclude excellent marker evaluating biological status interferences
