摘要: A variety of different post-translational modifications peptides displayed by class I and II MHC molecules have now been described. Some promote the binding to molecules, might also influence ability peptide be produced antigen processing pathways. In some instances, components themselves are actually responsible for generating modifications. Finally, evidence is accumulating that can altered as a consequence inflammation, transformation, apoptosis aging. This leads repertories MHC-associated peptides, which may important in immune responses associated with autoimmune diseases, infection cancer.
