摘要: Abstract An analytical procedure is reported for the determination of six elements in a large series spent dialysis fluid samples. Determinations aluminium, chromium, copper, manganese and iron were made by electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry (ETAAS) with Zeeman background correction, while zinc was analysed flame (FAAS). Because complex matrix high salt content proteins, measurement parameters optimised each particular element determined ETAAS. The samples collected polyethylene eppendorf cups stored freezer at −20°C. When ETAAS standard addition method applied calibration procedure. sample (10 μl) injected into cuvette careful drying long ashing temperatures between 850 1000°C performed. Triton X-100 added before to reduce effects proteins. Zinc FAAS an air–acetylene under usual recommended procedure, calibrating aqueous standards. limits detection (3 σ basis) 1.0 μg l −1 0.20 0.40 manganese, 0.50 5.0 zinc. reproducibility measurements better than ±3.0%. It worse chromium (±6.0 ±12.0%, respectively), since these two present very low concentrations all analysed.
