Direct determination of aluminium in serum and urine by electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry using ruthenium as permanent modifier

摘要: Abstract Ruthenium (Ru), thermally deposited on a integrated platform graphite furnace, was investigated as permanent modifier for the determination of Aluminum (Al) in blood serum and urine by electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry (ETAAS). The treated with 500 μg Ru previously described. pyrolysis atomization temperatures each material were 1300 2300 °C, sample 1000 2400 °C, urine. characteristic mass 31 33 pg Al urine, respectively (recommended 31 pg nitric acid 0.2% (v/v)). For this reason, calibration made aqueous solutions both samples. Calibration curves presented r 0.99145 0.99991 respectively. With optimized temperatures, being analyzed eight spiked samples, recovery between 95.90 113.50%. Two certified urines samples good agreement experimental reference values. In R.S.D.
