摘要: Nowadays, people can enjoy a rich real-time sensing cognition of what they are interested in anytime and anywhere by leveraging powerful mobile devices such as smartphones. As key support for the propagation these richer live media contents, cellular-based access technologies play vital role to provide reliable ubiquitous Internet devices. However, limited wireless network channel conditions vary fluctuate depending on weather, building shields, congestion, etc., which degrade quality video streaming dramatically. To address this challenge, we propose use crowdsourcing brokerage future networks improve each user's bandwidth condition reduce fluctuation condition. Further, serve users better style, study scheduling problem aims at maximizing experience satisfaction degree cost effectively. Both offline online algorithms proposed solve problem. The results extensive evaluations demonstrate that technique, our solution cost-effectively guarantee higher view experience.
