摘要: We demonstrated a fiber optic localized surface plasmon resonance (FO-LSPR) biosensor based on smartphone platform. By immobilizing gold nanoparticles (GNPs) an unclad portion of optical probe, we developed kind LSPR sensor GNPs. Transmission intensity variation at the end face FO-LSPR was monitored in real time using smartphone. The prototype provide linear response with 3.8×10−5 RIU resolution refractive index (RI) range 1.333-1.403. This device can be further for universal promising applications public health and environmental monitoring.
