摘要: We demonstrate a fiber optic surface plasmon resonance (SPR) biosensor based on smart phone platforms. The light-weight optical components and sensing element are connected by fibers case. This SPR adaptor can be conveniently installed or removed from phones. measurement, control reference channels illuminated the light entering lead-in phone's LED flash, while end faces of lead-out is detected camera. SPR-sensing fabricated light-guiding silica capillary that stripped off its cladding coated with 50-nm gold film. Utilizing application to extract intensity information camera images, intensities each channel recorded every 0.5 s refractive index (RI) changes. performance phone-based platform for accurate repeatable measurements was evaluated detecting different concentrations antibody binding functionalized element, experiment results were validated through contrast experiments commercial instrument. cost-effective portable phones has many applications, such as medicine, health environmental monitoring.
