摘要: Abstract In the application of chromatography in preparative work, sample load and resolution are most important characteristics. An equation describing both chromatographic as a function other process variables is derived. The influence selectivity coefficient discussed on basis this equation. exploitation phase system work was investigated experimentally. feed volume maximum width elution well two components described. For constant resolution, allowable increases with increasing coefficient. It demonstrated that for simple mixtures can be very large if highly selective column chosen, further increased by two-column operation.
