A description of health care professionals' experiences of encounters with patients in clinical settings.

摘要: The aim of this study was to describe health care professionals' way experiencing their encounters with in- or outpatients, while working in acute medical hospitals. One main question addressed: What are the experiences which professionals have outpatients clinical settings? Eleven (physicians, registered nurses and enrolled nurses) were interviewed a phenomenographic approach used, where data analysed qualitatively. results indicate that patients hospitals could be separated into three categories description: gain personal knowledge understanding patients' different 'ways' communicating experienced suffering; making patient feel confident and; focusing on problems, not patient's suffering. first two description showed felt they understand expressions third difficulty There is need therefore support improving
