摘要: The ability of the fluorescein diacetate and ethidium bromide fluorescent staining method to assess percentage viable bacterial cells in suspension was compared with plate counting method. Mycobacterium smegmatis Escherichia coli cell suspensions were incubated at 60 degrees C.
