摘要: This paper classifies multiagent-based e-commerce into auction, mediation and brokerage gives a brief survey of related works in each. The proposes framework CMB, CBR system for multiagent brokerage, which integrates CBR, intelligent agents we also propose knowledge-based model CBR. key insight is that an efficient way applying through or systems, the work human broker should be done by few cooperative way. approach will facilitate research development e-commerce.
