摘要: In the mid-twentieth century, first “green revolution” led to historic growth in agricultural production. It enabled global population multiply by 2.4, average food consumption increase and proportion of undernourished people world decrease. These achievements were made possible through increased productivity or yields arable land, with 85 % increases attributed 15 expansion cultivated areas.
