摘要: The World Bank’s new education sector strategy (World Bank Education Strategy 2020, hereafter referred to as WBES 2020) establishes the guidelines for priorities in low-income contexts coming decade. 2020 attempts move focus of reforms further away from an inputs rationale a reform agenda with outputs, governance, and managerial solutions at its core. More specifically, it advocates: (a) adoption systemic approach that strengthens role non-government players incentives education, (b) more discernible on learning outcomes, which implies measuring school results order generate knowledge base inform policy-makers families, (c) dissemination innovative approaches demand-side interventions can contribute improving outcomes effectively.
