摘要: Our aim was to investigate the association of inflammasome polymorphisms NLRP3 rs35829419 (p. Q705K) and CARD8 rs2043211 C10X) with aseptic loosening total hip endoprostheses. We asked whether patients arthroplasty earlier than 15 years after primary implantation had a higher proportion Q705K C10X in comparison subjects without loosening. A retrospective case-control study compared 36 endoprosthesis 51 control unloosened endoprostheses, matched for gender, age, follow-up period. Buccal mucosa samples were used genomic DNA analysis genotyped using fluorescence-based competitive allele-specific real-time polymerase chain reaction. The both wild-type (i.e., or considerably group when early (49% vs. 28%; p = 0.05). After adjustment follow-up, combined wild type significantly smaller odds implant (odds ratio 0.33, p = 0.02).
