摘要: Vitiligo is a disorder of depigmentation, for which the pathogenesis as yet unclear. Interleukin (IL)-8 (CXCL8) key inflammatory chemokine. We investigated regulation IL-8 production in human melanocytes, and serum levels skin gene expression patients with vitiligo controls. Cultured melanocytes were stimulated 24 h tumour necrosis factor (TNF) 100 ng/mL IL-1β 10 ng/mL, or without pretreatment luteolin 50 μmol/L 30 min, release was measured by ELISA. Serum cytokines microbead array. Skin biopsies taken from healthy subjects (n = 14) well marginal lesional nonlesional 15). evaluated quantitative real time PCR. Both TNF significant (P < 0.01) whereas significantly inhibited this effect 0.01). increased compared control 0.05). may be involved inflammation. Inhibition could useful therapy.
