摘要: Omic data analyses pose great informatics challenges. As an emerging subfield of bioinformatics, omics focuses on analyzing multi-omic efficiently and effectively, is gaining momentum. There are two underlying trends in the expansion landscape: explosion scattered individual tools with each which a specific task both single- multi- omic settings, fast-evolving integrated software platforms such as workflow management systems that can assemble multiple into pipelines streamline integrative analysis for complicated tasks. In this survey, we give holistic view informatics, from to systems.
