摘要: The chaotic dynamics of a DFB laser are studied experimentally under combination short and long feedbacks. Chaos bandwidth enhancement is demonstrated using hybrid III–V/Si with large relaxation oscillation frequency (ROF) 14 GHz. impact feedback on the ROF an increase 2 GHz observed. Under feedback, route to chaos device its dependence studied. allows tuning obtained translates into above 16 GHz. This configuration can allow generation wideband single source in photonic integrated circuit.
