摘要: The dynamics in a system of integrated self- and mutually-coupled lasers are analysed. For the first time, we present an overall comparison experimental modelled this as functions frequency detuning coupling magnitude parameters. First, nontrivial parameters affecting dynamics, namely group index dispersion, relaxation oscillation frequencies two lasers, magnitude, calibrated.
