摘要: In recent years, using heavy metal compounds such as platinum anticancer agent is one of the common ways in chemical therapy. this study, a new compound glycine derivatives Pt(II) complex (amyl-glycine1, 10-phenanthroline Platinum nitrate) was designed, and biological effects novel on alterations function structure human hemoglobin (Hb) at different temperatures 25 37°C were assessed by applying various spectroscopic (fluorescence circular dichroism (CD)) theoretical methods. Fluorescence data indicated strong ability to quench intrinsic fluorescence Hb. The binding constant, number sites, thermodynamic parameters two calculated, results major possibility occurring van der Waals force or hydrogen bond interactions complex-Hb interaction. For evaluating alteration secondary Hb upon interaction with concentrations complex, far-UV CD spectra used it observed that high dose significant changes occurred which indicative some side overdosing complex. On other hand, molecular docking illustrate are well agreement obtaining spectroscopy. Above suggested an agent, model drug high-dose usage might cause disordering improve understanding newly designed drugs undergoing.
